Welcome to Feel Fine Haven. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase of our merchandise and digital products via our Haven Signature Online Store, and your engagement in our professional coaching services.
At Feel Fine Haven, we believe every transition is an invitation to Grow Forth & Flourish. These terms ensure a professional foundation for that growth.
In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Shelley Robertson T/A Feel Fine Haven (ABN: 62951969419).
1. Professional Coaching Services
Our coaching methodology is designed to help you navigate life's complexities, enabling you to ‘Grow, Forth & Flourish’ authentically.
Working Hours: Our professional services are delivered strictly within our core business hours.
Core Duties: To ensure we provide the highest level of presence to all clients, we adhere strictly to the scope of work defined in your chosen coaching program.
Communication: While we offer support via Email & Meta/Facebook Messenger within coaching timeframes, this is intended for momentum support and is not a crisis or emergency service.
We provide a multidisciplinary approach through four specialised pillars:
1.1 Life, Health & Wellbeing (Female Identities 40+: Midlife & Beyond)
This pillar is dedicated to female identities, navigating the profound physiological and psychological shifts of midlife and beyond. We help you move through "the transition" and into a phase of renewed vitality, covering Hormone Health & Advocacy, Significant Life Transitions, Identity Beyond Roles, and Holistic Longevity.
1.2 Lifecycle & Purpose Coaching (Adults 50+)
Designed for individuals entering their "Third Act," focusing on the psychological and social architecture of later life, including Empty Nesters, Psychological Retirement, Significant Life Events/Downsizing and Encore/Passion Projects.
1.3 SME & Sole Trader Business Coaching
We partner with business owners to provide the strategic compass needed to ‘Grow Forth’ through Strategic Roadmaps, Goal Alignment, Operational Resilience, and Founder Wellbeing.
1.4 Workplace Group Coaching
Facilitated resilience and communication training to help professional teams ‘Grow Forth & Flourish’ together, focusing on a Culture of Care and Resilient Leadership.
1.5 The Engagement Process (On-Ramp)
To ensure professional alignment, all coaching engagements begin with a discovery phase:
Initial Discovery: A complimentary Clarity Information Call (Individual/SME Business) or Corporate Clarity Call (Workplace) is required to establish fit and objectives. No professional coaching relationship is formed during these discovery/clarity calls.
Booking: Following the Clarity call, clients may proceed to book Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) individual sessions or Coaching Program Packages.
Disclaimer: Our coaching is developmental and educational. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Coaching follows the ICF Code of Ethics.
1.6 Coaching Programs & Commitment
Our programs are designed as comprehensive containers for evolution.
The Commitment: By enrolling in a 3, 6 or 12-month program, you are committing to the full duration of that journey.
2. Haven Signature Store
Digital & Physical Products:
2.1 Digital Assets and Resources
Upon purchase of digital guides, templates, or resources, Feel Fine Haven grants you a single-user, non-exclusive licence for personal or internal business use. You may not distribute, share, or commercialise these resources.
2.2 Physical Retail Merchandise (Refunds & Replacements)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Defective or Damaged Goods: Entitled to a replacement or refund. Click the link, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Change of Mind: Consistent with WA consumer guidelines, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind.
3. Financial Terms for Coaching
To ‘Grow Forth & Flourish’ effectively requires commitment and clear boundaries.
3.1 Session Payments (PAYG)
Fees for individual Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) sessions must be settled in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
3.2 Coaching Program Packages (3, 6, and 12 Months)
Expiry: Sessions must be used within the allotted timeframe (90, 180, or 365 days).
Payment Plans: If you select a monthly subscription (payment plan), this is a binding agreement to pay the total payment fee. It is not a “cancel-at-anytime” subscription.
Upfront Payments: Discounts provided for upfront full program payments are in recognition of your full commitment to the process.
3.3 The "Pause" Clause (Package Suspension)
Packages may be suspended for breaks of over two weeks relating to documented medical concerns or unavoidable travel arrangements. During this time, scheduled sessions will be deferred and added to the end of your program term to ensure you receive your full allocation. Please note that scheduled monthly payments continue as normal during ‘pauses’ to maintain your placement within The Haven. Only one suspension is permitted per program.
3.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in the session being forfeited (for PAYG) or deducted from your packaged program.
3.5 Mutual Fit & The Right to Refer
For coaching to be successful, a high degree of alignment is required.
Coach’s Right to Terminate: If at any time the Director feels the professional relationship is no longer a mutual fit, or that your needs exceed our current scope, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.
Resolution: In such cases, a pro-rata refund for unused sessions will be issued. Where possible, we will provide a referral to a more suitable specialist to ensure you continue to flourish.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & TERMINATION
The Golden Ring of Trust is built on mutual respect. Feel Fine Haven reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately, without notice, if the Client engages in conduct that is deemed:
Abusive, threatening, or harassing (verbal or written);
Inappropriate or offensive in nature;
A significant breach of the terms of this Agreement.
Refund Policy upon Termination: If the Coach terminates the Agreement due to a breach of professional conduct or inappropriate behaviour by the Client, no refund shall be issued for any remaining sessions or fees paid. This policy is in place to protect the professional integrity and safety of the Coach and the Haven community.
3.6 Extraordinary Circumstances (The Humanity Clause)
We understand that life can change unexpectedly. Requests for early contract release will be reviewed with stillness and compassion under the following circumstances:
Serious Illness or Disability: Where a client is physically unable to continue the program.
Legal Bankruptcy: Upon provision of legal documentation.
Death: The agreement terminates immediately, and future billings will cease.
Note: All releases are at the sole discretion of the Director.
3.7 Refunds & Cancellations
Change of Mind: Following the expiry of a 3-business-day cooling-off period from the date of agreement signing, Feel Fine Haven does not offer refunds for a "change of mind." We are committed to the success of our clients, and our "No Refund" policy reflects the dedicated time, preparation, and calendar space allocated to your coaching journey.
Misconduct & Safety: Feel Fine Haven is a sanctuary of respect. We reserve the right to terminate any service immediately and without refund in the event of client misconduct, including but not limited to abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour. This is non-negotiable to protect the harmony of the Haven.
Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session to maintain the harmony of our schedule.
4. Professional Conduct, Refunds & The Cooling-Off Period
To maintain the Golden Ring of Trust and ensure the Feel Fine Haven remains a sanctuary, the following financial and conduct terms apply:
Written Coaching Agreement: All coaching clients are required to sign a formal agreement after their Clarity Call and before their first paid session. This details specific confidentiality and data handling in alignment with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
3-Day Cooling-Off Period: We offer a 3-business-day cooling-off period from the date of signing. If you change your mind during this window, a refund will be provided, less a nominal $50 administration fee to cover processing costs.
No Refund for Change of Mind: Following the expiry of the cooling-off period, Feel Fine Haven does not offer refunds for a "change of mind." This reflects the dedicated preparation and calendar space allocated to your journey.
Professional Conduct & Misconduct: We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately and without notice if the Client engages in conduct deemed abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or a significant breach of professional boundaries. In these instances, no refund shall be issued for any remaining sessions or fees paid to protect the integrity and safety of the Haven community.
Workplace Coaching: For employer-sponsored coaching, a Three-Way Agreement will be executed to define the boundaries of confidentiality and reporting between the Coach, the Employee, and the Organisation.
5. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
