Question 4 - Logistics & Process

‘How are coaching sessions conducted?’ (e.g., in-person, video, phone)

“Most sessions are held online via Zoom, enabling us to connect with clients across the globe. However, we can also accommodate local clients who prefer to meet face-to-face or in a business or workplace setting for professional purposes. Coaching support is available either online, in person, via email, Facebook/Meta Messenger, or through a combination of these options.”

Question 5 - Fees & Payments

‘What are your coaching rates or packages?’

“We offer both individual session rates and tailored coaching program packages to fit your goals:

  • Individual Session Rates: For example, our standard rate for a focused, one-hour session is $125 for Life & Wellbeing Coaching and $200 for Business & Workplace Coaching. Other session lengths (45 minutes and 90 minutes) are also available.

  • Coaching Program Packages: Our most popular option! These bundled programs offer significant value and commitment, helping you achieve more profound, lasting results. Options range from 3-month goal-focused programs up to 12-month workplace retainer agreements.”

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

‘Do you offer a refund policy?’

“At Feel Fine Haven, we are committed to providing a high-quality, transformative coaching experience. Our policy is designed to reflect the dedicated time and customised nature of our services:

  • Coaching Services: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or client-initiated cancellations once a coaching program or session has commenced. This ensures both coach and client are fully invested in the growth process.

  • Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.

  • Coach-Initiated Termination: We uphold a high standard of professional integrity. If Feel Fine Haven determines that the coaching relationship is no longer a mutual fit and we choose to end the engagement, any unused portion of prepaid fees will be fully and promptly refunded to the client.

  • PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & TERMINATION

    The Golden Ring of Trust is built on mutual respect. Feel Fine Haven reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately, without notice, if the Client engages in conduct that is deemed:

    • Abusive, threatening, or harassing (verbal or written);

    • Inappropriate or offensive in nature;

    • A significant breach of the terms of this Agreement.

    Refund Policy upon Termination: If the Coach terminates this Agreement due to a breach of professional conduct or inappropriate behaviour by the Client, no refund shall be issued for any remaining sessions or fees paid. This policy is in place to protect the professional integrity and safety of the Coach and the Haven community.

  • Physical Goods: For retail items (journals, apparel, etc.), please choose carefully. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. For any items where a return is approved at our discretion, the refund will be for the item value only, excluding all postage and handling costs." A full replacement/refund will be issued for faulty or defective products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
