Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Feel Fine Haven, we believe every transition is an invitation to Grow Forth & Flourish. To support your commitment to growth, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

1. Coaching Services

a) Attendance & Cancellations

The 24-Hour Rescheduling Rule: To maintain the integrity of the coaching journey and respect the dedicated time allocated to each client, Feel Fine Haven requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any scheduled session.

Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment, the full session rate will be charged. For those holding a Coaching Package, the session will be deducted from the remaining balance. This policy ensures that the "Gold Ring of Trust" is maintained on both sides of the professional relationship.

b) Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Once a Coaching Program (3, 6, or 12 months) or a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) session has been purchased and the first session has commenced, Feel Fine Haven does not offer refunds for "change of mind," changes in personal circumstances, or a change in a client's professional direction.

Satisfaction & Professional Standards: We are committed to providing a high-standard, professional service. If a client is dissatisfied with a session, they are encouraged to contact Feel Fine Haven in writing within 24 hours of the appointment.

We will work in good faith to resolve the issue. In alignment with Australian Consumer Law, if a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., the service was not provided with due care and skill), the client is entitled to a remedy. Outside of these legal requirements, any credits or partial refunds are offered at the sole discretion of Feel Fine Haven.

2. Haven Signature Store

a) Physical Retail Goods & Bespoke Items

Faulty or Damaged Items: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if a physical product (such as journals, stationery, or apparel) is defective or arrives damaged, the customer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs. Please contact Feel Fine Haven within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the fault to initiate a "Major Failure" claim.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Most items within the Haven Signature Store are bespoke and produced specifically for the customer upon purchase. Consequently, Feel Fine Haven does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for "change of mind" once an order has been processed.

Accurate Selection: As these items are made-to-order, customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, dimensions, and sizing charts carefully before finalising their purchase. Feel Fine Haven is not responsible for incorrect size selection or changes in personal preference after production has commenced.

b) Digital Coaching Resources

Final Sale: Due to the immediate access provided, all sales of digital templates, e-books, and downloadable guides are final and non-refundable.
