Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Digital Delivery
For all digital coaching resources, templates, and downloadable guides:
Instant Access: Upon confirmation of your purchase, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link.
Delivery Fee: There are no shipping or handling fees for digital products.
Access Period: Please note that download links are typically active for 24 hours after the first click. We recommend saving your files immediately to your preferred device.
2. Haven Signature Store (Physical Goods)
To maintain our high-calibre standard and reduce environmental impact, most physical items in our Wellbeing & Mindset, Apparel and Safety & Emergency Collections are bespoke and produced specifically for you upon order.
Production Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be printed and crafted with intention before it is dispatched.
Shipping Destinations: We proudly ship from our trusted partners to seekers of growth across Australia and globally.
Tracking Your Growth: Once your order has been hand-picked and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. This allows you to follow your items as they move toward your haven.
3. Shipping Rates & Times
Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are determined by your order total cost and your delivery destination. Australia-wide: a $5.00 AUD flat rate applies. International: a $10.00 AUD flat rate applies. Orders over $80.00 AUD, shipping is free.
Estimated Delivery:
Australia-wide: Generally 5–10 business days post-production.
International: Generally 10-21 business days post-production, depending on local postal services.
Customs & Duties: For international seekers, please be aware that any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Alignment with our Refund Policy
In accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, please ensure your shipping address and product selections (such as sizing) are accurate at the time of checkout.
As our items are made-to-order, we cannot redirect packages or offer refunds for incorrect address entry once production has commenced.
If an item is deemed "Faulty or Damaged" upon arrival (as per Section 2a of our Refund Policy), Feel Fine Haven will cover the costs of the replacement shipping.
